Renovate 1917 villa

My 1917 villa has already had the most basic necessities (wiring etc) sorted out and now it's time to renovate the bathroom, kitchen and living space (all within the original footprint), add a carport and refresh a bedroom. Job includes: *new bathroom & laundry *install second hand kitchen in new location (includes installing exterior windows) *convert former bathroom into a back porch *open up living area (remove one structural wall and one non-structural, install exterior windows and doors) *re-clad weather board south wall *build carport *retaining wall (<1 m high, 10 m long) *re-roof garage *20 m2 deck *18 m long fence with two double gates
