Kitchen cabinet & benchtop upgrade

Kitchen cabinets & benchtops need replacing. He Kete is a 12 bed women's residential alcohol and other drug (AOD) treatment facility in Motukarara. It's owned by Pathway Charitable Trust which receives no government funding. We need a builder/tradie who will be mindful of our limited budget and can think creatively around using 2nd hand or factory 2nd cabinets etc to keep the cost as low as possible. We need function & durability over aesthetics. The plumbing and electrics will stay where they are, but the layout of cupboards, drawers and benchtops can be worked around. The bench in the first photo is 6m long. but it could be replaced with one shorter bench plus an L-shape for example. The kitchen needs to remain usable by the residents while the work is carried out.
