Hi, I am in the process of converting an under the house (house is on piles) workshop into an office. The space is 6.1m long x 1.6m wide x 2.4m high. The work I need to be done is as follows. - Remove the existing window (doesn't open) and replace it with one that does open (I have purchased this window and have it in my possession). Note the window is the same size. - Take the existing "non-opening" window that was removed above and insert it into a sidewall. - Line the interior walls with either plasterboard or plywood (plastered and ready for painting). Would like to discuss the two options. - Add subfloor - Add ceiling Attached are some photos and dimensions. Thanks Brad
