We have an old bathroom (1910 Villa, Onehunga). We need a builder to replace some of the gib board &plastic an area which appears to be rotten. The extent of the damage is unknown. We also need a plumber to install a new toilet and shower fixtures. Our claw foot bath is being restored therefore we'll need assistance with installation also.
