Adjusting existing exiting kitchen joinery

We would like to cut down existing kitchen benchtop and joinery to allow fridge to be relocated and also add new joinery and bench top under a window with draws in it. want to remodel corner cupboard and put in under bench rubbish bin system. Create a shelve for microwave, with draws underneath for pots and oven racks
