Bathroom/Kitchen Makeover We are looking for a business specialising in bathrooms and kitchens to do a makeover of the bathroom and kitchen in our office/warehouse space. We are looking for a result that is a good balance between quality and cost effectiveness that is hard wearing. We will need: BATHROOM New toilet, vanity, basin and tapware Tiles Repaint Mirror Basic design KITCHEN New bench, cupboards, sink and tapware New wall mounted cabinets Layout and simple design Existing appliances Timeline: Proposal and quotes to be reviewed April with work in May Any company must provide references of bathroom/kitchen work Any sub-contractors must be managed - painting, electrical, plumbing, waterproofing etc. These costs to be included in the quote.
