Bench top maintenance-polishing and painting

Hi there, May I ask a quote for our kitchen bench top maintenance? We have a wooden bench top about 4000mm*600mm size in total. There is some clear coating on the surface in order to protect the bench top. The coating is getting uneven and disappearing by the time goes. We wanna ask for a trusted handyman to polish the surface and re-coating it again. Also there is a small dark spot cause by high temperature of the cooktop and could you paint it and make it look better? These are all we need. Thank you, David.
