Need a Draftsman to prepare drawings to submit to Auckland council

We have a place in Epsom, Auckland and want to convert one of the wardrobes off the master bedroom to an ensuite so need a draftsman to draw up the plans to submit to Auckland Council. I want to keep it as simple as possible and, as it is a minor alteration, submit it as a “streamlined application” The bathroom will be tiled on the floor and the walls floor to ceiling. The ceiling tapers up from the east side 1850mm to 2400mm dictated by the roof. Will need to replace the existing with aqualine for the walls and villaboard for the shower. I have attached my drawing of what we are after and a few photos: - three of the wardrobe; - two the roof cavity behind the wardrobe/bathroom showing the water pipes - third showing the existing sewer pipe the toilet will connect to.
