Toilet Room: - Install nog for new sink - Regib and plaster finish ready for painting. Note, there is an old dome skylight which has an internal gutter which may be leaking. This potentially will need repair. Main bathroom: - Regib and finish ready for tiling. - Remove laundry basin - Remove existing vanity Kitchen: - Remove pantry cupboards either side of fridge and above hobs (maybe) - Regib ceiling and walls Main bedroom: - Regib ceiling
