House Maintenance and odd jobs

Looking for someone who can do a few jobs that need done around the house. Ideally this person will be able to complete every task on this list. 1. Under kitchen sink storage 2. Replacing a fence plank 3. Semi permanent post of wood 4. Installation of dishwasher cover I was hoping to install a shelf under the kitchen sink for extra storage of cleaning products and rubbish bins. Something that is easy to organise and clean would be great. We have an insinkerator and pipes etc. so a custom fit shelf will need to be cut and made. The skirting of our fence is rotting away in one of the corners and needs to be replaced. A piece of wood will need to be cut to size and painted to match the rest of the fence. Another job was to install a semi permanent post or pole in the garden so that I can plant some creepers to grow and hang on a line between the posts. The final job is to install the cover of the dishwasher back. We got a new dishwasher and the cover was not installed so it would be great to get that done so the kitchen matches.
