Rental renovation - new shower and stove top

I would like the following renovated in my rental property: - replace the shower, you may be able to fix this which would be preferable but I'm happy to replace it. - paint bathroom roof with mould resistant paint. - replace the stove top and rangehood. - repaint the kitchen. - fix up kitchen doors, ideally sand and repaint, or replace entirely if this is easier. The cheaper the better but obviously still needs to be a good enough quality for a family to live in. Photos attached including floor plan. NOTE - this needs to be completed by Friday 5th April
