"This is unreasonable review. We do have all the tools required. Customer had measured/templated benchtop her self - measurements were off a few too many millimeters. Benchtop cuts were not done correctly causing us making 3 trips ( still had to work with a badly and incorrect cut with no joints on one side). We have done many from A to Z with no problem as all templating is done by a professional! Can not recommend this customer based on her unreasonableness."
