Replace Kitchen cupboards and benchtop Zest Apartment Nelson Street AKL CBD
Job description
This is a rental property in the Zest Apartment building. We need the cupboards and drawers replaced, a glass splash-back and a laminate type bench top. We will also replace the existing sink and tap. We are thinking something like Bunnings 'Kaboodle' style, nothing too fancy. There is a two burner Ceramic Hob above the oven. The cupboard above the stove is a pull out extractor fan setup, we would just need the front of it changed to match. The apartment is on Level 2. Access is by lift or stairwell. Height restriction for a vehicle to get to the parking area (we have a park that can be used) is 2.1meters. The photo shows the layout of the cupboards which is standard across these Zest apartments. Our passageway is on the opposite side than the photo but the rest is the same. We are expecting this to be a fairly straight-forward job. Flexible with times. We want to have it completed asap. Good project co-ordination and management by Ranveer. Pleasant to deal with. Always on time. Discussed everything fully. Kept good communication. Had a friendly team of co-workers. Took good care of our property. Made adjustments when asked to. Very satisfied using Generation Projects, and happy with the end product.
