Build a new bulkhead over existing. Walls to be gibed and plastered to paint finish. Walls and ceiling to be patched as needed in kitchen to paint finish. Plumbing to be changed to suit new layout. When bench is installed, return to fit bowl and dishwasher. Electrical, phone and intercom to be moved to suit layout as well as wiring for new LED strip lighting plus LED spots in overhead and four double power points above bench. Also wiring for new appliances. This will be done after bench is fitted. Range hood will be vented back into central ducting. Lay kitchen tiles. Removal of kitchen and tiles to be quoted separately. Flooring is not allowed for. Client are to do painting.
