Replace Bathroom Banks Rd

Strip out old bathroom, remove old fittings etc Remove - replace wall lining with a Waterproof lining. In quote specify solution. Remove old floor tiles replace with Tiles. Replace ceiling remove old extractor fan light combo. Replace ceiling and new light and new extractor fan. Remove old heater on right side of bathroom , Remove small medicine cabinet on right hand side of bathroom Replace toilet and cistern -( toilet ok if reuseable) Replace shower box with corner shower note door clearance from door entrance. Finish off door jam and window surrounds , floor to wall , with cover not - no more gaps. Paint internal door. Mirror is re-usable Vanity might be reusable but look at replacement. Taps reusable if the right fit. Please use robust fittings as is a rental. We have a 3 week preferred window as the flat is empty right now. Finishing by 7th July or sooner although able to extend if circumstances require.
