Demo old and fit to receive new - Kitchen (Turn key)
Job description
1920 Auckland bungalow receiving a new fitted kitchen from kitchen mania in last week in May (All walls in kitchen are painted wooden batons - no plasterboard). Unless stated the following work all requires quotation: Order of works: 1) One internal wall of the kitchen has a brick recess where the original stove once sat. Gib-stop is being installed to bring the wall flush with the rest of the wall but the gas pipe first needs moving fwd about 1ft as the stove is being relocated forward this distance too . 2) Left hand side of the utility room window frame needs cutting back from 60mm to ~40mm to enable stacked dryer-washer cabinet to go in 3) One internal wall of the kitchen has a 5'h x 4'w x 2'd brick recess where the original cooker once sat. The wood frame needs removing and the recess Gib-stopped to bring wall flush with the rest of the wall ahead of upper and lower cabinet install and tiled splashback 4) Plumbing required for install of drier, washing machine, dishwasher & 2x sinks. 5) New electrical sockets/power point locations required for both integrated and portable (benchtop) appliances and rangehood. 6) Rangehood and ducting installation required 7) Splashback tiling required on 2 walls, immediately behind cooker and under and either side of windows (and height of approx 750mm up from the benchtop)
