Bathroom reconfigure
Job description
My bathroom is separated into 4 sub rooms ; a foyer type area, a WC, a room with a bath and a room with a shower. Due to the shower being directly in front a window, I would like to swap the positions of the shower and the bath. There is water damage to the window frame. As the rooms are side by side I believe there is potential to adjust the dividing wall to make this possible. Currently the whole bathroom is tiled. However my preference is to change to a shower cubicle and replace the floor covering with vinyl. My understanding is this is beneficial to waterproofing and I consider vinyl easier to maintain. I have included a floor plan from the real estate listing and some photos of the two rooms.
