Update original bathroom
Job description
Remove old bathtub, vanity and toilet, install a new shower box, vanity and toilet, and a large cupboard on one end wall, a mirror above vanity, 1950's old house rented. Work would need to start this Saturday if possible when tenant vacates a different unit the tenants could use while this is done. Vinyl flooring or tiles on floor and around shower.

"Price and variation were both agreed before works carried out. I could not understand why you agreed and then rated cost at such low point.
Plumbing works were prepared for your wall hung vanity. You changed your mind in the last minute to floor standing. Waste pipe was not designed for it. You called someone else to change the pipe through floor, without even ask me first. Then you put this cost on me. But I could not agree my workmanship was 2 out of 5."
