Job description

General Renovations
Auckland

The whole unit is approx 78 sqm. It's currently tenanted which I understand is going to make it hard to have in-person measurements. I'm going overseas mid Dec, so measurements can be between now and then, and hopefully work can start from mid January. The unit has been tenanted for the last 10 years, and I'm looking to move into it to stay myself, hence the renovation. Kitchen: I have referenced a few photos of the kitchen from the unit that is exactly upstairs. I want something pretty much like that. Main items are: - Extend the island benchtop so that it can be seated and have extra cupboard space (similar to the referenced image) - Change the countertops from being metal - Have a continuous countertop with an electric stove top incorporated. (I'm trying to remove the standalone stove top/oven) - Change the flooring Bathroom: - There's a wall between the washer/dryer and the vanity, not sure how easy it would be to remove? If it is even possible? So that there's a bit more space. - Remove the bathtub and just have a shower. Maybe use the bathtub area as an extended shower space? - I'd also like to know how expensive/difficult it would be to change the flooring and the walls. Maybe tile the shower area and just repaint the rest of the bathroom. - Change the vanity and the toilet Semi-Importants: - Changing the carpet of the apartment / either to a new carpet or laminate - Repainting all the walls

Angelika was great at keeping good communication. I was overseas at the time when the renovation work was happening and she kept me up to date with photos. Quality of work was well done with a bit of touch ups needed afterward which were completed within reasonable timing after the final inspection. I'm happy with the after post completion communication, our dishwasher was faulty and Angelika dealt with that swiftly. Additional costs did come up but were discussed and were reasonable.
