Tap and benchtop replacement

The tap in our bathroom needs to be replaced. The wood holding the tap in place might also need to be replaced but we ideally would like the tap replaced without needing to replace the entire bench. Please provide a quote for replacing the tap and a separate quote for replacing the bench. I'll send the quote to the landlord to confirm the amount he'll need to pay and then we'll start the work.
