Bathroom and Laundry Changes
Job description
1. Remove existing shower cubicle, make necessary modifications to shower area and work with tiler to install a tiled shower. 2. Repair/replace wallboard in other areas of bathroom following retiling. 3. Make minor extension to laundry area (under the stairs), including any necessary plumbing work and install a toilet. 4. Install a wooden handrail on stairway. 5. Make repairs to existing upstairs balcony off master bedroom. Must be a qualified registered tradie with recent references. Work to be completed by mid December 2022.
