Removing structural wall and replacing with wooden beams

Hi, We are renovating our property in Meadowbank, particularly the kitchen where we need a structural wall removed and replaced with 2 large wooden beams as specified by an engineer. We have engaged with a engineer and draftsman and will arrange building consent. We are looking for a builder to take over following building consent being granted and remove the wall and add the beams as per the engineer and draftsmans specs and arrange any council signs offs or producer statements as required. The builder would be responsible for achieving full sign off by the council. There are also other, more complex tasks as part of our building consent we would be keen to work with the right builder but interested in doing this section of the consent as our top priority. We would be looking to have this work carried out around 20 January. Thanks
