Replace toilet, reline and tile floor

I have a dux style toilet which is broken. Floor surrounding it is rotten and worried it will fall through. Don’t need to keep floorboards so happy to put a sheet over this and tile. Replace the toilet with a new modern one. Walls prob need relining too. Have a lot more work later like bathroom and laundry so if reasonable price and good quality will get more done. Currently have a house guest so just looking for the toilet at this stage till he leaves end of December. Thanks
