In one bedroom: retrieve & re-use current mouldings, remove gib, potentially insert extra framing (if required), insert insulation, attach new gib, gib-stop and paint walls. Remove carpet & underfloor covering and resolve all floor-creaking issues. Work to start from Tuesday 30 November and be as short as possible.

Ranveer's team of sub-contractors were excellent. From the builders to the gib stopper to the painter - all did work to an excellent standard. Floor and wall bracing issues which were unknown prior to starting were sorted. While communication about next steps could have been slightly more proactive, all questions were attended to promptly and professionally. I'd recommend Ranveer and look forward to using him again should we ever need to.
