Framing in the corner of the garage needs replacing because of leak in water main. PLUMBER Disconnect and remove: - 1x tap to exterior wall - 1x down pipe to exterior wall - 1x super tub - 1x washing machine ELECTRICIAN Disconnect and remove: - 1x exterior light to brick - 1x switch board cover - 2x power points - 2x light switches GARAGE DOORS Disconnect and remove the vehicle door track and opening system to left side of door DECORATOR Perforate and strip all painted texture wallpaper, 46m² approx 9-10 rolls NOTE : Wallpaper is textured, unable to replicate. Allowance is made to remove ALL, however only 1 wall of gib is affected. BRICK/BLOCK LAYER Remove all bricks to right side of the vehicle door and along garage side wall to meter box including street number, approx 5m² CARPENTER Supply and fit securing ply to exterior walls where brick removed, approx two sheets Remove shelf to laundry area. Remove 60 x 12 mm skirting to two affected walls, approx 6m Remove 180 x 20 H3.1 primed vehicle door jamb to damaged wall, approx 2m Remove scotia to two affected walls 30 x 20mm bevel, approx 7m Remove wall gib to left side of vehicle door and side wall along approx 2m from vehicle door wall and confirm extent of damage to wall framing Replace decayed bottom plate to two walls and affected studs 90 x 45mm, approx 20m
