Bathroom Renovation

We are looking to replace an existing, dated bathroom. Installation work would include: 1. New shower cubicle and tap work, including waterproof membrane etc 2. New standalone bathtub and tap work 3. New vanity and tap work 4. New freestanding toilet (to replace existing toilet which is build into the vanity) 5. New extractor fan possibly including heater (currently no fan) 6. New heated towel rail & toilet roll holder 7. New light switches/power points 8. Tiled floor (including just a lip at the base, as necessary) Provisional: 1. Painted walls and door (we could do this ourselves) 2. New lighting (can keep existing lighting, but depends what is logical with mew extractor fan etc 3. Tiled landing area outside the bathroom. We would alternatively look at carpeting this if tiles are going to be extortionate 4. Demolition of existing bathroom. To be discussed, but we can do this ourselves 5. Purchase of all bathroom wares, tiles and paint. To be discussed, but we can do this ourselves We’d like to discuss layout of new bathroom, but there is the potential to locate all taps and outfall in their original location. Timeframe = flexible until agreed
