Bathroom refresh for small two-bedroom unit

Wanting to replace an old shower, install a new bathroom vanity, replace lino flooring in a small bathroom (in a two-bedroom unit). Want to retain the existing bath and plumbing. Experience essential. We will supply shower et al for installation (after consulting with the builder on dimensions/fitting for ease of installation). Could lead to additional work - looking to refresh kitchen next.
