Internal Bungalow renovations - framing, insulating, lining and plastering
Job description
We have a 100sqm Bungalow. The master bedroom, ensuite and the bedroom that backs onto it have already been renovated. We are now working on the rest of the house which includes a third bedroom, open plan kitchen, lounge and dining, bathroom and laundry. We have consented plans that we will send through. It is mostly interior, with a small portion of exterior wall/roof that needs extending. There are also four new windows and a bifold door that will lead onto a future deck. The rear of the house has a lean too so there is an area where the floor will need to be raised. We would like a fixed price quote for the work required - framing, insulation, wall lining and plastering. Note that the bathroom and laundry will only need framing, no wall lining. We will continue to work with our reliable plumber and electrician who have done the relevant work in stage one.
