Fit a new (plastic) splash-back in Kitchen

We have purchased a "Vistelle" plastic sheet which we need to fit around our kitchen sink. The application is very easy - just cut to shape and use double sided tape to stick on wall. (I have already done one (easy) wall my self) However, I need a carpenter or good tradesman with a bench saw to cut the sheet for the remaining 2 walls These sheets also need holes cut to fit around some power points.
