Job description
hi, i want to do three things: * put a handbasin in an existing toilet * remove the bath and handbasin from an existing bathroom to turn it into a storeroom, and * remove the toilet from another bathroom to again make more room for storage. this is a commercial premise, a secondhand bookstore, but it in an old villa. i am not in a particular rush but it would be good to get this sorted sooner rather than later. the store is open everyday from 10am to 5pm. that would need to be worked around, but shouldn't pose a huge constraint. thanks.

Hans did a great job and was a pleasure to deal with. He managed gracefully through the delays at our end with getting the project approved and the late changes to scope. He clearly explained where the uncertainties lay. He got started quickly, and he was done on time and on budget. He was communicative and responsive. May not look like much in the pics (we were taking out the existing bathroom), but the work is great, and his experience with these type of projects made it better. Thanks!
