Bath to shower reno

Small bathroom, currently has hand basin, toilet and bath with shower over. Want to remove bath and install a self contained shower unit with sliding doors (Mega Mitre 10), new back-to-wall toilet (same position) and wall hung vanity with mirror/cupboard above. Room needs full reline walls and ceiling, gib-stopped and painted and would like cavity slider door installed to replace swinging door. Would like bathroom light/fan installed also, and will need new flooring.
