Replace extg Toilet suite with a new Comfort Back to Wall toilet suite. Walls - new tiles half way, and paint. Floor - (remove extg vinyl) vinyl LVT or sheet vinyl (on substrate?). Replace extg fan extractor, heat lamp with new ones. New vanity lighting, Reuse extg mirror if possible. New towel rail Replace hung door with a cavity slider? SMALL TOILET ROOM: Replace extg small Vanity, with new. Replace extg Toilet suite with new one. Walls - new tiles half way, and paint. Floor - vinyl LVT or sheet vinyl.
