Job description
Need to upsize extractor fan and heated towel rail. Fan has never left mirror fog free or walls dry. Ceiling paint needs redoing. would be good to fix by Xmas if possible

Vim (job # --- ) charged outrageously, and insisted on instant payment. He quoted $250 for removing an existing rail and installing one I supplied. On the day I asked him to also re-install the old rail elsewhere. For 3.5 hours work installing two heated towel rails (that I supplied) he charged more than $800. For 3 hours work installing a new fan that did not stop the mirror fogging up. The work was of acceptable quality but he charged far too much and was bullying in manner.
