En suite and bathroom
Job description
We would like two small bathrooms renovated one after the other so that we can continue to live at the property. We will complete demolition work, during which we will likely find water damage, as there is evidence of past leaks. All fixtures will remain in the same places. The job is to replace any damaged joists/framing, replace damaged chip board flooring, reline walls and ceiling with aqualine, install Atlantis shower with Ellure walls and Easy Niche shelf, toilet and floating vanity in ensuite, install shower over corner freestanding bath with Ellure walls and Easy Niche shelf, floating vanity and toilet in main bathroom, tile both bathroom floors. We will paint and reinstall the bathroom fans and lighting.

We're so happy with Mark's work that he's now doing our kitchen. Completing this renovation through Covid lockdowns wasn't easy but we came in pretty much right on budget and the finished product is excellent.
