Bathroom redo
Job description
Needing a bathroom makeover. Will need to remove existing bath/shower and vanity. There are old tile type sheets on the walls that will need to be removed. Possible redo of wooden flooring under bathtub, varnishing of floor, rejib walls, fixing a mess up by previous owners botch hole fill in, moving basin from one side of bathroom to the other, new surrounding boards for window, painting walls, adding splash back behind vanity and probably other stuff but that is all I can think of at the moment. Pictures to come... it's a 1.7x 1.7m room I already have the electrician and plumber organised :) Hit me up with quotes :) anywhere either side of my random estimate will be fab :)

Job was not completed to a high standard and when he was asked to fix mistakes he asked for more money. I had to stop him from finishing the floors due to damaged and mistakes. Wasnt happy with the work but paid him for what he had completed anyway.

"The house owner Tiana given me a bad review for the job i did at her house and it was involved removing the bathroom bath, vanity, mirror , walls including glazed tile wall and new aqua gib and painting.
which i have done but when she asked me to do the timber flooring repair/replace i told her that it will be extra on my cost and she disagrees with it.And she doesn't want to pay me for it."
