Laundry relocation & converting existing laundry room for a different purpose.

(1) The laundry machine is currently in a separate room, behind the kitchen - the machine has to be relocated to a weather-proof shed outside the room that is externally attached to the house. (2) Thereafter, modifying the empty laundry room (after relocation of the laundry machine), possibly into a bed-room. (3) Converting the external toilet (adjacent to the existing laundry room), into an en-suite). Would appreciate this work to start as soon as possible.
