Job description
Demolition and refit of exisiting kitchen, bathroom and laundry in a small 1960's block and concrete apartment. Also installation of false ceilings in all rooms. Looking for a fixed price contract to cover all labour, materials, electrical, painting, plumbing and project management. Need the job to be completed in 4-5 weeks so will need tight scheduling and management.

I cannot speak highly enough of Darren and Livia. Covid and asbestos really hampered this project and Darren couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. The quality of all sub trades and finishing was excellent and communication was fantastic. My expectations were managed well and exceeded with the final product.
