Bathroom: - remove exiting wall hung vanities and replace en-suite with dual wallhung sinks/vanity and main bathroom replace with single sink wall hung vanity. - replace both heated towel rails - remove and replace wall mounted mirrors - remove and replace shower rail and head in en-suite , new taps in en-suite Kitchen: - remove existing shelf and replace with new cabinetry ( customer made cabinet) - remove existing island tap and replace with new. Laundry: - fit new laundry tub and plumbing - instal sep cold tap for garden hose fitting- - mount dryer upside down on wall Would like done end of May if possible but negotiable.
