Renovating Garage - Lining the garage with ply

We would like a tradesman to line the inside of our existing garage with plywood (walls and ceiling) so that we can turn it into a rumpus room. The garage in approx. 6m and 9m (windows on two sides) and we would like to use CHH Handiply or PlyPlay, unless there is a better recommendation. The garage will be emptied and installation added (by the owner) prior to the job starting.
