Restore a shower and alter

We have had a rental of a 3 bed property (partly commercial) and need to restore a shower that was previously removed as well as change some tapware. We have the before pictures to go back to as it was quite some years back but restoring it is in out contract. Bascially we took out the old shower box and put appliances in their, so we need to put a new shower box in and reconnect the plumbing for it.
