Home renovation

It is a 3 level terrace townhouse, total area about 150 sqm 1. need to build additional room in the garage 2. need to construct another simple wall cabinet with study desk next to the existing wardrobes in 2 bedrooms 3. Extend more shelves/ cabinets in the garage/ kitchen and bathrooms 4. Split the shower/ toilet on the top floor by cutting another door to divide them 5. change the carpet in the middle floor 6. Remove existing dishwasher (replace by a washer) range hood and oven stove 7. Remove both toilets and replace with new Other minor jobs as and when required Time from now to end of May 2019. I am moving in soon but with bring as little as possible for builder to work easier.
