Bathroom build
Job description
I require some building work for my bathroom which is approximately 6 square metres (2 x 3) in terms of floor area. I have already striped it down and I need a builder to lay new flooring (H3 20mm) and Tile and Slate Underlay on the floor and Villaboard on the walls. I also need a cavity sliding door installed into the wall and some minor framing additions to support bathroom fittings. I also need a whole cut and a small extractor fan mounted on a side wall. To finish, I need it plastered and ready for painting / sealing / tiling.

Lyall is an excellent builder. He did a great job. Lyall is extremely hardworking and a problem solver. Everything completed to cost and schedule. I'm really happy with the work.
