Kitchen and Bathroom reno - need builder and electrician

We need an electrician and a builder who can do gibwork to assist with stripping and prepping our kitchen and bathroom. Remuera based job, must start 13 August 2018. KITCHEN: small kitchen, approx 5-6m2, u-shaped formica and malteca ELECTRICIAN: Remove hob, adjust placement of plugs, change light fittings (supplied by client) and add 1 new circuit and RCD to switchboard (issue CC). Install new hob and rangehood. BUILDER: Remove existing kitchen cabinetry and tiled splashback. Remove rubbish from site. BATHROOM: small bathroom, approx 3-4m2. ELECTRICIAN: Disconnect towel rail. Install new towel rail, extractor fan and 2-3 LED downlights. BUILDER: Remove existing bathroom fittings (sink, toilet, acrylic shower, towel rail, cabinets) and tiles (floor and half walls). Remove rubbish from site. Make good where needed for tiler (gib walls and underlay bathroom). Potential for joinery rework for new glass and tile shower with recess shelf. Need both trades to come to flat to quote and discuss. Best time is after 6pm weekdays or weekends.
