House Alteration and Side Yard Improvments

House Alteration Extend a 1920s weatherboard bungalow along side facing to backyard to build new kitchen. Remodel and extend deck creating an outdoor room and private courtyards that connect well with the back yard. Replace french doors with wide bi-folding doors. Remodel walls and floor in current sunroom to become new dining room. Remove cabinetry and benchtops in current kitchen and build internal walls between current kitchen, dining and lounge to create two new bedrooms. Build wardrobe in one of the new bedrooms. Put french doors on master bedroom. Remove hallway cupboard and extend hallway to new kitchen. Remodel entrances in lounge and new dining to let in more light and increase flow. Potentially alter front entrance which currently comes into the lounge to create a new foyer area. Put a new window in the lounge. Side Yard Improvements Offer advise re site for new car port and garage/workshop in side yard. Erect carport and garage. Increase privacy in side yard with new fencing and gates. We only want to hear from licensed practioners thanks. I have attached files to show examples of the kind of thing we want.
