Villa Renovations

This is in a 1920's Villa. We want to renovate additions made in the 1990s. Bathroom 1.5m x 4m. Completely gut tiled bathroom. Do a little bit of framing. Waterproof, clad etc ready for Tiler. We have a plumber organised. Master Bedroom Remove bulkhead in ceiling. Replace with a ceiling that follows the slope of the porch roof. Some structural work required to stiffen the walls. French Door Remove casement window and replace with French doors. Same width.
