Make better waterproof seal

I am owner occupier of an inner city apartment - parking is available when you do this job I need to make sure my 2 Shower boxes and also kitchen bench is sufficiently sealed to avoid any possible water leaks. At the moment they are okay but I want them 'leak proof' as I am in the process of renting this apartment out. I need someone to come no later than Thursday 27 March.
