We want to replace the sink in our new apartment but our desired new sink is slightly larger than the old one. The bench top is some sort of stone (not exactly sure which) and needs to be modified. The cabinet space is suitable for the new sink. The benchtop is in 3 slabs, and there is a convenient joint at the portion of the benchtop that has to be modified. The slab in question is a right trapezoid that is roughly 1m x 2.5m. I believe this job will entail removing the slab to be modified, having it recut, and then reinstalled. I will be able to provide photos tomorrow, and would welcome site visits for advice.

Junior cut my existing granite bench top in place and installed my new sink. He was prompt, clear in communication, and helpful during my buildings approval process. Cost was in line with expectation, and most importantly it looks good. I’d recommend his services.
