Downstairs bathroom has rotted floor due to long term leak. Job is to replace flooring (while fixing leak so doesn't return). Will require potentially refitting toilet. If interested, also can replace faulty extractor fan and maintain shower fitting to ensure fully waterproof). Ideally want someone who can sub in the plumber (or a plumber who can sub in the builder!) Job is via a property manager so will be managed by him not me.

This was via a property manager, and the tenants are happy with the workmanship so 5 stars there (not directly observed). Cost was good, clearly explained - where additional options added separated out. Schedule was very good and very fast. Communications were excellent with regular txt, email, and phone calls. All in all a very professional operation and will use again in future.
