Small bathroom 2400 x 1800. New glass shower. Non load bearing wall to be removed. New vanity with tiles on wall around vanity. New ceiling and some hardboard walls replaced. No new plumbing maybe new toilet next door. Electrical work; remove wall heater, connect heated towel rail, reposition central light fitting and install new power points. New flooring.
