Applying for Certificate of Acceptance for shed

Need someone familiar with building code & CoAs. I built a lightweight shed (2.4x7.2m) without consent. This is 1-1.2m from the rear boundary. Neighbour complained to WCC which has resulted in a Notice to Fix. WCC have confirmed the shed is okay resource consent wise (height, distance from boundary, and light/recession planes are okay) but I need to apply for a CoA (certificate of acceptance) for the building. The shed has no plumbing or electrical connections. It's only being used for storage - not accommodation. WCC have stated that IF the shed doesn't comply with the building code at time of CoA assessment then it will need to be removed. So I'm after someone who is familiar with CoAs and the building code in relation to sheds to check it over and sign it off in the CoA application as complying with the building code. As far as I can tell there don't seem to be many regulations with regards to lightweight sheds. Shed is LVL timber framed, plywood cladded with corrugated iron roof.
